Orders over $75 ship free and tracked, door to door. Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days; you will get tracking the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Play three full matches with your new frame. If you do not love it within 30 days, send it back in playable condition for a full refund — no questions, no restocking fee.
Every carbon frame is covered against cracks and manufacturing faults for two years. Normal wear, wall scrapes and string wear are not covered — but write to us anyway and we will help.
Send a message through the Contact page with your order number and what you would like instead. We confirm the exchange within one business day and email your return label.
Most club players land between 360 and 372 grams. Lighter frames favour control and fast hands at the net; heavier frames add punch on smashes. The Journal guide “How to choose your first pro racket frame” walks through it step by step.
